May the Lord bless your Eyes so that you see the  goodness and uniqueness of God in every person you  meet.

May the Lord bless your Ears so that you may listen and  remain open to the diversity of needs that exist within  this community.

May the Lord bless your Lips so that you may speak the  truth honestly, openly, and powerfully in all you do.

And may the Lord bless your Hands that they may serve  as an extension of Christ's as you reach out in  compassionate service for the good of the Kingdom.
Sr. Kieran Williams, IHM Pastor Director of Religious Formation, Youth and Family Ministry
Here's 5 things that every youth leader needs
 to say often to teens:

It's possible for you to have a personal relationship with God!

You are loved!

Don't give up, God's mercy is greater!

Keep the faith, but not to yourself!

See you at Mass this Sunday!

Do you speak positively to others?
Do others see Christ in you?
How often do you speak about your faith?
Do others know that you are a Catholic Christian?
Do you go to Mass at least once a week on Sundays?
Do you receive the sacrament of Confession often
(once a month)?
Could you go to Mass and Confession more often?
Pray for the gifts of the spirit that were given to you at Confirmation.
You were created to worship.
Take some time to think about what you worship.
What do you spend your money on?
Who do you spend your time with?
What do you listen to?
What do you watch?
What do you wear?
What/Who do you think about most of time?
Take some time to pray and listen as to how you can worship God more completely. How can you be more like Christ?

Jeremy Camp - He Knows (Lyric Video)

In our struggle to believe in Jesus' radical love for us, it's important to remember that his mercy is greater than any fear.
A Parent's Prayer
Loving God, You are the giver of all we possess,
the source of all of our blessings. We thank and praise you.
Thank you for the gift of our children.

Help us to set boundaries for them, and yet encourage them to explore.
Give us the strength and courage to treat each day as a fresh start.
May our children come to know you, the one true God, +
and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent.
May your Holy Spirit help them to grow in faith, hope, and love,
so they may know peace, truth, and goodness.

May their ears hear your voice.  May their eyes see your presence in all things.
May their lips proclaim your word. May their hearts be your dwelling place.
May their hands do works of charity. May their feet walk in the way of Jesus Christ,
your Son and our Lord.
